Shipping costs
Orders made in Quebec will be shipped to you by Canada Post. For orders placed elsewhere in Canada and abroad, they will be shipped by Dicom or Canada Post.
We will ship your orders to you within ten (10) business days of having received your payment Please note that the delivery time may be shorter or longer depending on your location.
Shipping costs for each order placed on our site are your responsibilities. The shipping cost is clearly indicated for each item on our site. This price includes the cost of packaging and the cost of insurance.
The price of a bulk shipment will be calculated at your request.

Return of goods will be your responsibility and at your expense. A refund will be applied after we check the condition of the items returned to us.
Returns or exchanges should be made within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Certain restrictions apply: the goods must be in the original condition of receipt and must not have been used.
